I have to say I have read through all the responses and I too agree with all the comments. I also must add, when strong mom and pop places originate, most of the clientele does develop through word of mouth and that is excellent, it's a plus not all business owners have and thrieve for.

However, that online presence is very important in today's world for obvious reason previously stated. You may not need to throw all your extra dollars into pay for clicks etc, but a online presence is a must.

You mentioned no one ever comes to you from your site. Perhaps there is not the right messaging pushing them in to you. Perhaps your current print advertising isn't pushing them to your site to allow them to review and come to you to with questions. Once there in your door, you obviously got it from there.

Just thoughts and something to think about, but having a strong word of mouth clientele is definitely great andnot always achieved. Good luck to you!
