The procedures provided include: wisdom teeth extractions, tooth extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, dental infections, low dose 3D scans, facial trauma, TMJ disorders, oral pathology, corrective jaw surgery, intravenous sedation, and Botox & fillers.

Dr. Richard Berg found Plainview Oral and Maxillofacial Associates in 1971. Dr. Berg was then joined by Dr. Kenneth Morris in 1976, and Dr. Barry Bass in 1985. In 1990 Plainview Oral and Maxillofacial Associates merged with Dr. Peter Scharfenberg and Massapequa Oral and Maxillofacial Associates. With the support of the surrounding communities the practice continued to grow. Dr. Tracey Rosenberg joined the practice in 2005, Dr. David Jurman in 2006, Dr. Jason Kneller in 2013, Dr. Daniel Fleischman in 2016 and Dr. Robert Bacigalupo in 2017. In 2018, the practice expanded again when it merged with Dr. Kenneth Hirsch. Now formally known as Plainview Massapequa Levittown Oral and Implant Surgery, the practice will continue to provide the same exceptional care that their patients have grown accustom to throughout the years.
