We perform printing services for school systems in 3 counties. We also print for non-profit agencies as well. We can design your job and print it at our location in R.G. Drage Career Center.

There is a loss of communication. I called a client whom we printed their newsletter every month. I hadn't received her files the last couple of months so I called her to see if we had done something wrong. She told me we didn't do anything, that we did everything right. The issue is that the company we took them to be be mailed out called her and talked her into sending them the file directly and they would print and mail it, like a one stop shop. She's paying more but I didn't know the mailing house I delivered then to after we printed them had stole that customer from us. Talking to another customer of ours, he told us the same thing. They gave him a price to print and mail his 2100 pieces of printing. Luckily, he likes the personal service we provide for him. I now refer customers to RL Spaulding if they need to bulk mail their printed pieces.
