I agree with Mark. You choose your customers and as long as you offer great customer service and great value, the great customers will come, but it takes time for work of mouth to get around.

Im with Kimberley Bever. I have see a lot of partnerships not work out for various reasons. Are you sure you want a partner or do you just need employee to help with duties. Maybe start as employee and if things work out then make them a partner.
