Support Staff
In order to focus entirely on selling listings and assisting buyers, Casey employs a staff of seasoned professionals specializing in the key areas of marketing, listing and closing management. To make sure his listings receive maximum market exposure, Casey has a Marketing Manager whose responsibility it is to carry out Casey’s unique marketing vision and plan by overseeing the strategic placement of the advertisement, producing relevant and targeted marketing materials, monitoring websites to ensure they are updated, arranging for and publishing virtual tours and maintaining an accurate database management system. Casey also employs a Listing Manager who organizes the details that are involved in getting homes on the market, follows up with every showing and communicates feedback to sellers. Also on Casey’s staff is a Settlement Manager who oversees the settlement process from inception to closing, including buyer communication, change order follow-up and lender and title company coordination. To manage the physical component of his business, Casey has a Field Coordinator who is responsible for sign placement, brochure distribution, as well as on-site visits to properties listed.
