I would definitely recommend an intervention with a business / live coach / mediator to uncover the problemstic behaviour patterns. Otherwise business won’t be as productive as can be and family members involved will become bitter an disillusioned. Respect, praise & acknowledging each others diffent approaches and achievements translates into improved business success & personal satisfaction.
