We typically collaborate with healthcare attorneys, CPAs, forensic economists, practice consultants, and medical group leadership who need an independent billing authority when revenue is lost, claims are denied, or payer conduct is questioned. We do not compete with credentialing specialists or outsourced RCM vendors.

My career in medical billing began on the insurance side more than 35 years ago, working as a claims examiner, auditor, and trainer for Aetna. That experience gave me a behind-the-scenes understanding of how payers really process, price, reduce, and deny claims—knowledge most providers never get to see.
Over time, physicians and medical groups began asking me to help them fix underpayments and navigate increasingly complex reimbursement rules. What started as helping a few practices quickly grew into a full-time mission.
In 2015, I founded Accurate Medical Billing & Audit to provide ethical, compliant, and precise billing support—especially for orthopedic and specialty practices that were losing revenue to avoidable errors and payer tactics. Since then, we’ve helped practices recover significant revenue while strengthening compliance and documentation.
