The Growth Path Leadership Institute cultivates better leadership—leadership that centers people, honors the planet, and delivers responsible, sustainable outcomes, grounded in conscious awareness and practical personal and professional development.

We began as Geo Laws Consulting LLC, focused on developing Chief Online Education Officers in the U.S. That work showed a larger truth: real leadership starts with the inner work. As that belief deepened, the business expanded to fostering better leadership more broadly—pouring into yourself so you can learn, solve, grow, and ultimately pour into others.

Most recently, the mission evolved again into the Growth Path Leadership Institute (GPLI), where better leadership is practiced through conscious awareness. In essence, we progressed from technical leadership → human-centered leadership → conscious leadership.
