About Us

Attaining the knowledge that proper movement of the body can change not only appearance, function and mental outlook, I created this statement of my practice:

Where movement in the physical body is to empower the mind, movement of the mind to enlighten the soul. Through the process of being present to your inner and outer worlds that bring you into our authentic place of being. With focus of movement you identify, clarify, and align your being through the teaching of yoga

How We Got Started

This journey began over thirty-five years as a personal goal to pursue optimal health. Having studied Kinesiology, biology and psychology, I did not realize where it was to lead. While having a plan the journey went a bit different than i thought. However, the experiences allow me to be able to coach others with compassion and understanding. Each step of my journey brought teachers into my life that helped me evolve to where I am now. I love creating guided meditation, working with clients, setting goals, working through challenges. My Life Coach training unraveled the block to my manifesting, which was so significant I want to help others to overcome past, to create their empowering journey .

Hello terrified. A life coach can help you bring out the introvert through a process of getting to know you inside out. Besides zig Ziegler told he was an introvert! I actually testing on the edge of into/extra but if you ask those around me no way introvert.  (more) Hello terrified. If your Gm is aware of it , that’s your discretion to discuss with them as basically your personal life is not your work life. Recently had this discussion with women going through divorce her and her husband share same occupation and so many know each of them. Her merit is hers not based on him. Do you like your job, can you do your job in spite of metalling ninny? Do you have good working repair with your Gm?

While holistic healing is very similar to approaching massage.  We all know massage will allow you to relax, relieve tight muscles, but there are still people who don't want to be touched.  In healing work you won't be actually physically touched as in a massage. holistic healers work with energy around the body in the aura. While the outcome can be very similar to massage, as you will feel relaxed, you may even dose off during a session. Holistic healing has existed throughout history.  It has just been kept quiet or in less view.  A good holistic healer answered a calling, works with angels, guides and in the best interest of the client.  Has studied methodologies passed through history, with the goal to help the client heal that which ails them.   With many physical pains resulting from stress in our life relaxation may be the first step to a cure.  This is where my yoga and guided meditation help to further heal the debilitations of stressors.  Life coaching is very effective for those struggling to change.
