"Our Neighborhood Magazine" is a custom publication that is filled from cover to cover with stories about the homeowners living in the Eldorado Country Club community. We believe there is a difference between "sending" something to a business's target clientele and actually "reaching" them.

We interview and vet prospective business sponsors before inviting them into the publication and to our private social events—because our homeowners expect the highest level of quality and customer focus from the businesses and contractors they choose to work with.
Connecting Businesses with Affluent Residential Communities Locally, Regionally and Nationally.
If a company is looking to reach a specific, affluent community(s) locally, regionally or nationally, our product is an ideal vehicle for their branding. We deliver custom, personal and community-specific publications monthly directly to our residents' doors. The quality of our product has earned us a high level of adoration and engagement within our communities. We have their eyes and attention each month by sharing the stories and photos from the community.
Our residents shop differently and rely heavily on word of mouth experiences. Our publications are the gateway into these communities and a proper way to introduce or brand a business to our residents.

Our product is not a good fit for everyone. We only look to recommend top performing companies with quality products and service. Our residents' experiences are of the utmost concern and we take our recommendations very seriously for that reason.

Our goal was to offer a "preferred vendors list" for the Eldorado Country Club community, while providing ongoing opportunities for our homeowners to meet and build relationships with more of their neighbors through our homeowner-driven publication and private events.
