I am a retired educator. I taught in the public school sector for 18 years and was a principal/assistant principal another 15 years. I had a heart attack at the age of 53 and later, triple bypass surgery. After I retired I became the daycare provider for three of my grandchildren. Through their encouragement, I started writing children's books. Four of my books have been publish, another is in the hands of my publisher. I have also completed another manuscript that is written in English andSpanish. That story tells of a dog that runs away to avoid getting a bath. The dog meets a Spanish speaking chihuahua and a bilingual mouse in the woods behind his house. The story chronicals their adventures.
