Community Roots Counseling, LLC provides mental health counseling services to individuals, children, youth, families, and couples living in and around Yamhill County. Our office is conveniently located in the heart of McMinnville's Historic 3rd Street. Public transportation and ample parking is available nearby. Convenient evening sessions may be available.

In March 2020, after several years working as a counselor/therapist and managing a large behavioral health agency in Yamhill County, the owner of Community Roots Counseling, LLC, Jes Dimas, opened a private practice in downtown McMinnville to reach more people in the community for mental health services.
