As a Tax Service our busy season is from January through April. Some years the weather is worse than others. If the weather is bad we close the office. We want our staff and clients to be safe above all else.
We have a cancellation policy. The first cancellation we don't charge for. After that we do have a cancellation fee, but never for bad weather.
