Respond to the negative feedback keeping in mind that more than the person who wrote the negative review will be reading your response. When I get a negative review, I keep my response positive, and work on turning the negative into a positive. Remember, we are all human, and client perspective is THEIR reality. Here is an example of a review I received and my response:

"Enjoyed my experience Worked a long time on my neck and upper back but spent no time on my lower back. Wish my time would have been evenly distributed on my problem areas which I noted in there paper work assessment."

My response - " Thanks for this review [client]. My goal is to meet or exceed my clients' expectations 100% of the time. This serves to remind me that is not always the case and diligence must always be taken to make sure that happens. I appreciate this very much and hope we can make it up to you in the future."

I always try to create an opportunity or invitation for the client to open a dialogue with to find ways to provide a better experience.
