Since the flower business is very new to us there is a lot of trial and error. All of my  background in sales has helped a lot. If you are a salesperson you can sell anything. What we have found out is there are more customers than we have product for. We have 2000 lavender plants and could probably sell flowers from 5000 more. The problem is time and harvesting. Way too much for 2 people.
