Bank of America has lost site of America, since before the last administration. They have chosen politics over the people!

i know five people that have submitted through BofA and none of us got loan despite applying on first day.

I am definitely not rich, was not even in the black yet, nor really even paying myself more than nominal draws for some groceries, and I have only 1 full time, several part time and a couple of seasonal employees -but my bank got my application in right away, approval right away and I have the funds in my account. So, I think the issue is with the individual banks, how they handle it, and making sure all documentation needed was included with the application. My bank did not have to ask me for any added documentation. We bank with FNBO and I am absolutely thankful now that we do with reading about how other banks handled the process.
