How We Got Started

We moved to Florida in 1994 from Ohio. And James Pennington owned a roofing company with his father Felix Pennington while living in Ohio. Moving to Florida he didn't want to roof no more! BUT THE CALLS CAME IN! AND JAMES SOUGHT THE OPPORTUNITY! After a couple of years Subcontracting for other roofer James decided to take the Florida Roofing Contractor State test for licensing! He past the test with a 98% out of 100!! He has been licensed and insured since January 2001!
Currently Paul Pennington manages the Family Corporation.
Paul has continually received #1 awards for quality and workmanship through Duro-last Roofing Manufacturer!! They are Platinum Duro-last Contractors and Century Award winners as well. We are also Preferred Owens Corning contractors with thousands of homes completed since 2001!!
