How We Got Started

We opened our doors in 2008 with the hopes of changing how buyers/sellers/realtors viewed title companies. We had a vision for Supreme Title: We wanted to know our clients, about their families, build relationships with our realtors, assist with their long term goals. We also wanted to charge a fair price for our product, one that was acceptable to a 1st time home buyer as well as a seasoned investor. Plus, and most important, assisting our employees by providing a positive work environment where they feel empowered to make the right decisions and love providing the best customer service to our clients!

Trust me, "everyone" is not your client.    Technology is constantly changing but we have had success with email funnel campaigns, old school pen to paper letters, and of course social media.  We originally used Facebook for everything.  Over the past few years, we have diversified into a lot more video.  We now use YOUTUBE, and google my business for reviews. Even now, in the time of COVID, we had to relook how we were going to reach our clientele.  ZOOM has been fantastic for education and conversations.

I am the marketing manager for a large title company in Brevard County. Just a few years ago realtors waited in their offices for walk in business, people sat at their desks etc. Fast forward 7 years and our business has completely changed. Smartphones, small tablets everyone is mobile. It was extremely challenging our whole business plan changed but with strong email marketing campaigns , social media presence, and having a knowledgeable and friendly staff we've grown from 1 location to 5. With every challange is an opportunity.

We strive all the time to figure out where our clients spend most of their time. Realtors tend to rely heavily on social media; which is great b/c social media can be a relatively inexpensive way to advertise. We use Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and currently working on Snap Chat.  We have been in business for over 10 years so building a positive brand image is also extremely important. Currently, our website has been updated to include Blogs and Vlogs for maximum SEO. Remember! Websites need to be updated every few years if not ever year.  Content needs to be kept fresh. 75% of the information is being read on smartphones. Is your website able to be viewed on a smartphone?? We love business reviews and find they have been extremely useful with building loyalty with our buyers and sellers. With so many options, most clients are doing research long before they meet us. Currently, we use Google, Yellow pages Yelp and Angie's list. All very useful, powerful and inexpensive ways to reach your market. *****FYI, and I wish I would have learned this sooner....its best to do research and have a good understanding of your target market. Trust me, your market isn't everyone, no matter what you sell. Fine-tuning and hyper-focusing your energy on who you want to sell to will save you time and money. *****
