About Us

✨ According to a survey, 89% of people find spiritual guidance helpful in navigating life's challenges, managing stress, and fostering personal growth.

✨ Spiritual practices have been linked to enhanced mental and emotional health, with individuals reporting reduced anxiety, increased resilience, and improved overall life satisfaction.

This work isn't about crystals, sage, herbs and candles (though these tools prove useful). This work is about radical self-acceptance and honesty about your desires.

Working with me looks like:

🧚🏾‍♀️Embracing the parts of you that you "don't like" or judge for being "wrong" or "other."

🧚🏾‍♀️Becoming your biggest supporter and, in turn, attracting people who want to support you in all your endeavors.

🧚🏾‍♀️Implementing spiritual practices, beliefs, standards that feel good.

🧚🏾‍♀️A stronger foundation to help make tough decisions with ease and trusting that all is working out for your greater good.

🧚🏾‍♀️ Creating AND living out a more pleasurable life, day-by-day.

My work isn't limited to career driven, powerhouses. I'm also excited to work with companies that hire, empower and invest in black, brown and indigenous peoples.

How We Got Started

I started out as a virtual assistant after making the decision to quit my job after having been back from 4 weeks unpaid maternity leave for 2 weeks.

It was then that I knew I could no longer continue asking for permission to spend time with my children...to have a more flexible schedule...to ask for more money so I could get better childcare...

In 2015, I began taking strides that led me to the work I do today. I knew, undoubtedly, that I was meant to be a catalyst for inspiration, shift, and empowerment for women and I couldn't keep allowing fear and excuses to drive me.

(more) As someone who specializes in helping business owners hire team members I have a few suggestions: If you're looking for work and have been out of work for some time, I strongly suggest looking into work in the online business space. There are lots of coaches and consultants looking for assistants, business managers, event planners, and even people in physical locations to assist them with clients and many pay very well for specific skill sets.  If you're looking to hire, I suggest looking into more experienced workers. Expand your thinking into the service you can provide in and out of the online space.  You have to be sure the person you hire is the best fit for your company. That they not only align with your current goals but have the will and skill to shift and evolve with your company. Several things must be in place: 1) Documented systems and processes that will eliminate hiccups in your workflow. This also means your onboarding should be setup as well to set the stage for exactly what you need, what they expect, and what they can expect from you.  2) A way to properly vet your potential team members. An assessment, skills test, questionnaire, etc. Something to help you weed out the best candidates for the  position. 3) Automate your booking! If you're putting the word out that you're accepting applications, find a way to automatically schedule interviews, even if it's just a quick 10 to 15 minute chat to go over the position in detail and see if they're still interested. Send a confirmation email and allow them to book a time with you to have an interview, pre-interview, whatever.  This was pretty long but I do hope it helps!
