Diane Willoughby, founder, is a MA alcohol license specialist with 10+ years of experience processing licenses required for a restaurant, bar, brewery, or non-profit organization to operate in MA. After retiring from municipal service in 2022 Diane wanted to continue helping small businesses navigate the cumbersome and daunting process to sell/serve alcohol, food and offer entertainment in accordance with local and state laws/regulations.
