Everyone is giving some good advice here. As for me, all of my work is registered with the US Patent office with a small image of the photograph. When my work is used without my permission I simply have a cease and desist letter sent and give the offender the option of paying what is fair or they could end up paying me many times that with damages. You can only collect damages if your work is registered. That's an important piece of information that many do not know. If you take Abel advice, let me know. I would be more than happy to do your photo session at my cost. I have been a victim as well of the thieves and malcontents who show no creativity or ambition to do the work, but rather choose to steal from those that work hard for their business and families. Hang in there and follow through and show this person who is the better. Best of luck.
