We use salesforce. Everyone has weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives to hit. I am extremely competative within my team so when we have access to reporting I always check to see where everyone is and strive to win. If you have a driven team they will be accountable to themselves. Pay structure to keep everyone driven is huge as well. It takes a special type of person to be driven and STAY driven. I can turn work mode on with little distractions but sometimes that is difficult for some individuals. If you have the right people accountability should never be an issue. If they love what they do and who the work for, they will work hard to always be the best. I hope this helps
