About Us

Hi, I’m Cassie Arias, a mom of three, Montessori educator, and Family & IEP Consultant. With over 15 years in the classroom and 4 years as a Montessori vice principal, I’ve guided children, supported teachers, and walked alongside families as they navigated both the joys and challenges of child development.

How We Got Started

C. Arias Consulting, LLC was created to help families, schools, and providers connect the pieces of a child’s support system. As a parent I have been in the shoes of a parent trying to wrap my mind around all the elements while trying to ensure my child gets what is needed.

I support families with 504/IEP navigation, evaluation guidance, meeting preparation, and school communication, while helping them better understand their child’s needs and next steps.

I also provide individual and small-group Social-Emotional & Executive Functioning support for children and teens, along with individualized home strategies that align school, therapy, and family goals for greater consistency across daily environments.

For schools and organizations, I offer professional development, parent workshops, consultation, and practical strategies for supporting neurodivergent learners.
