Start my day in God's Word and prayer, then a good healthy breakfast to get me started right. As the stress of the day builds, I make sure to move around a few minutes every hour, rotate my shoulders to release tenseness, stand whenever I can while working, keep a diffuser going with various essential oils that are stress-reducing, pray as needed, and make sure to take a lunch break for a light, healthy lunch away from my work space. Take time to acknowledge others around me and foster team spirit during my moving around time.
