I would contact a flat roof specialist and have them visit the home and inspect the roof.   Flat roofs are unique and need experienced roofers to deal with this type of roof.,    I do not give advise relative to roofing.     I am more then willing to direct a home owner to a qualified roofer and... My problem at the moment is funds to adequately pursue going after potential clients.      I am looking in to lesser expensive ventures and will pursue as I proceed forward.    Hiring a company to conduct discovery calls is a path to enhance success.     At this point in my career I want to stay... (more) My problem at the moment is funds to adequately pursue going after potential clients.      I am looking in to lesser expensive ventures and will pursue as I proceed forward.    Hiring a company to conduct discovery calls is a path to enhance success.     At this point in my career I want to stay involved but at a lesser thrust.    Power to those just starting and wanting to be successful.     There a many businesses to help; work with your sphere of influence; they are wanting to see you succeed.     Wishing you much success in 2019.

I support on-the-job drug testing.        Some on the job are subject to drug testing; why not everyone.      Generally, our system permits the use of drugs without the employee suffering any consequences. Granted there needs to be flexibility within the process to deal with situations but it... Granted there needs to be flexibility within the process to deal with situations but it is not fair to the employee or employer to allow such a situation to go unchecked.     I like the policy of three strikes; then you are out.

Most all of our clients are making the biggest decision of their life in buying a home. To make this meaningful all facets of the process must work smoothly and efficiently .
