NVO encourages physical, spiritual, and emotional growth, with the goal of helping each resident achieve an addiction free and well balanced life. While living in the home, each individual is required to develop a personal recovery and aftercare plan and actively participate in their recovery program. Residents must follow all house rules, uphold the code of ethics, and comply with the home’s non discriminatory policies. Progress is supported through accountability, peer encouragement, and consistent structure. Residents who meet program expectations and demonstrate ongoing commitment to recovery will graduate from the sober living home. If a graduate chooses to remain in the home after completing the program, they may do so in a mentorship role, providing guidance and support to current residents and helping strengthen the recovery community within the home.
