The 1/8” Loadmaster Military Tie-Down is engineered for use with MILL-C-5040 Type III 550 and 650 parachute cord. Don’t be intimidated by the size of this tie-down. It is small enough to be carried in a pocket but holds 2400 times its own weight! It is made of a super tough, glass-filled nylon. This rugged material is resistant to extreme hot and cold temperatures, performs under muddy and icy conditions, and can withstand a hit from a hammer!
This tie-down comes with 6ft of 550 parachute cord pre-installed. This product can accommodate any length of rope 1/8“ – 3/16” in diameter or 550 or 650 parachute cord. The 1/8” Loadmaster Tie-Down comes with two stamped steel hooks with snap gate.
The maximum working load limit is 300 lbs.
To use: attach both hooks to secure anchor points and pull loose end of rope to tighten.
To release, pull loose end of rope while lifting release lever to relieve tension on rope.
