Not a marketing company but I use referral companies, they make a percentage on any paid event that they lock down for my company so we get event bookings and they get paid for referrals. Marketing gets paid just for preparation and you still may not make revenue from marketing but you'll still have to pay for it! A referral company gets paid when you get paid so both parties benefit
