Page load speeds and optimization. Without good metrics for FTTB, LCP etc. "SEO" paid and/or organic will be an uphill battle.
It's been a long time since I've seen a slow site/page really benefit from good SEO. It bothers me at night :).
I'd say a good 80% of Wordpress sites load slow because lack of caching, oversized images, bad code etc.
