About Us
I provide business owners with financing utilizing credit, factoring, and/or loan programs. The credit program is fantastic for startups, the loan program is great to fill in the gaps, and the factoring program is the fastest funding option for businesses that have been in operation for at least 6 months.
How We Got Started
I started working with business owners, as an insurance representative several years back. After that, I started working to help them attain additional funding to grow their businesses. I love getting to know my clients and their businesses, it's exciting every time I'm able to help a business stay out of the red.

Hi Frank, I wouldn't say I'd promote a competitor, but I would recommend speaking with them if I wasn't able to help them myself. If asked to recommend someone, of course I would do that as well.

If an employer knows you're looking out for their employees best interests, as well as providing the employer with a snapshot of how financially beneficial it is for them, it'll make sense for them to want to partner up with you.
I agree with Rebecca. I have a buddy that went everywhere looking for a loan, he ended up getting a loan from a buddy who was connected to the mayor in his local community. He had such a phenomenal backstory, they provided him with a small loan to get the ball rolling. They even set him up...

I agree with Rebecca. I have a buddy that went everywhere looking for a loan, he ended up getting a loan from a buddy who was connected to the mayor in his local community. He had such a phenomenal backstory, they provided him with a small loan to get the ball rolling. They even set him up with the press to get his story out for his grand opening. His business has been such a hit, he's started looking into expansion.
Just one thing? Okay then, I saw someone respond with how great a question this was, as it allowed us to talk about ourselves. That's not what I'm about, because the truth is, my job is to convey how great you and the products/services you offer are for your customers. I create colorful...

Just one thing? Okay then, I saw someone respond with how great a question this was, as it allowed us to talk about ourselves. That's not what I'm about, because the truth is, my job is to convey how great you and the products/services you offer are for your customers. I create colorful narratives for clients meant to appeal to your customers good senses.
What makes you stand out?
Who are your ideal customers and why?
How did you decide this was the right business for you? What and when was that pivotal moment in time?
Why are your services the right choice for prospects?
What can they expect when working with you, a short term fix or a long term partnership?
Who was your mentor(inspiration)?
Just a few examples of questions I'd ask to start your written canvass.

Being a small business can be an advantage in itself, against your larger adversaries. While your larger competitors can provide larger discounts, due to their volume. They definitely cannot compete with your personal service nor the time you can afford to put in with your client. Another thing you could do is to offer complimentary services to your competitors client, show them the difference a personal touch can make compared with a corporate juggernaut.
Your best offline tools are actually ones you're born with. You've got a mouth to communicate with, legs and feet to get you from one place to the next, ears to listen...really listen with, eyes to see what's happening all around you, and your heart...where your passion starts and emanates from.

Stay the course! You decided to start your business for a reason. Growing your business isn't hard, when you've created something based on your passions. Always be ready to share what your business does, regardless of where you're at. As the business owner, you are your own walking...talking...billboard. Business cards are great to hand out, but what about when you're not in front of the right crowd? If you're in a crowded area, wear your logo or slogan with pride. Just get out there...you're at the Grand Canyon, shout it out, let the winds carry your message for miles. Just stand up and stand out, let your passions, positive mindset, and enthusiasm infect the room.

Something to consider in hiring, regardless if you decide to hire seasonal or temps, the more folks you hire can be extremely rewarding. The government is really making an effort to assist small business owners in growing their businesses. There are all sorts of incentives that have been created with that reason in mind. The crazy part is most business owners, even with a CPA, aren't aware just how much they qualify for.
The type of business you're running plays a huge factor in deciding the right time to hire. Are you deadline based? Is that deadline based on the creation of a new product or service? Like Rieva mentioned before, there are simpler answers.
If you're developing new technologies or services, there are programs designed specifically with business growth and expansion in mind. Depending on what your business does, there might be several positions within the business that qualify for specialized incentives. Those same incentives can be poured back into the business.
If you're not sure about the right time to hire, refer back to your business plan. If you're behind schedule, it might be time to bring in some help to get you back on track.
One thing's for sure, creating new jobs will help you in the long run. If you're not sure you can afford to bring in help, talk to folks that can take a closer look at your situation for you. You may think you can't afford to do so, but there are ways to make it happen when you didn't think it was possible.
