I'm definitely in the wrong business.  Covid has just about stopped all the residential remodeling for me. I havent got a good size profitable job in about 6 months or more. Back in late March,  my existing customers for 3 projects, requested that I suspend their projects untill things got better. By the beginning of July I had to let one employee go, leaving me to work alone on what ever work I could scratch up. I will be 70 early next year. I have very much difficulty doing a lot of things myself. As a result I'm affraid to get a new Carpenter, because of the cash flow stoppage. I don't have any cash reserves to pay the bills and the labor cost. The existing projects that I  had going are leary of finishing the work. No final payments will be paid until the job is complete. I have not paid myself  anything since February.  My bills are seriously past due. Thank god my Wife is working full time for the Middletown school system. I am struggling to get a new project started, but  people's confidence is just not their. To make matters worse, the first stimulus payment of 1200.00  was only half paid. My Wife never got her 1200.00.  I don't no what to do. I've tried to borrow money, but I can't provide the backup bank statements to show a decent balance each month. Not to mention my bills being late is starting to pull credit scores down. I don't know how's much longer Ican hold it together.? I may be bankrupt by 2021.

Ask the questions that you need info for, hand them brochures,  or phone, showing them past customer project pictures. Listen to their comments or questions and then take measurements and gather your data. I Limit my visit to 30 minutes.
