There are so many ways to make your own syrups. They should represent your demographic. I would check on-line for ideas. I don't share our recipes, but thank you for asking.

It sounds like you have run an excellent business! I am sure that the community will miss you...I have not had to sell, but I am sure a commercial realtor may be of assistance.

Some people will come to you because they like writing reviews and are eager to participate in the process. However they come, you should let customers know that their feedback is appreciated and simply ask for a review.

In times past, people would drive up and down streets with their heads out of the window as they yelled into a megaphone. You can still do that today, but I wonder how many people would just happen to be in the right place at the right time to hear you. This is not a cost or time effective measure. Time is relative to your goal. If you want to people to cross your threshold, they have to know that you exist...know what you do...know how who you are makes their life better. You will increase your sales with social media marketing. I think that you can reach thousands more for less effort.
I don't believe in closing lines. To use them assumes that every customer is the same or who they are is not considered. If you have experienced good communication and you have agreed to work toward a goal, you don't need a line. Just offer the best of what you have to offer!

The first question should be, "How does this fit into my business plan/goals"? The cost for these shows are high, but if your target market is there, why waste time, years and effort going through endless back doors! You can start at Farmer's Markets where the cost is low. But don't limit...

I am a bakery/coffee shop...much like a Starbucks. I am a community based business, whose interest is to serve the need of the community. I agree with Starbucks. To proceed any other way leaves much to a worker's interpretation...We/Everyone are the sum of whatever has been passed down in our family, community and opportunity. It is easy to be comfortable and process through with what you know, but how about what you don't know?...As a business owner it is my responsibility to make sure that my team shares my interest...my vision and my dream for working in this community. They were hired because I saw something that told me we could work together...I just need to cover all of the training bases to make sure that my customers are experiencing my vision!
