The Palmer Drug Abuse Programs (PDAP) mission is been “Helping young people & their families fight against substance use disorders on all fronts through education, prevention, intervention & recovery services”. The program is designed to address substance abuse issues and we do this through education services in prevention through our Midland Coalition as well as our collaborated partnerships in the schools with at risk youth. We believe that recovery works and we are available to help the families in our communities through our 12 step counseling and groups for young people and their loved ones. We work to prevent the onset of, intervene on the progression of, counsel and support the recovery of substance abuse in adolescents, young adults and their families.
