I also had the opportunity to speak with a sales employee while waiting for my truck to be serviced and he was sitting in a wealth of knowledge about vehicles. He wasn’t pushy or anything. Nothing says "I Care" Like Follow Up. Call as soon as you can. Call back a few day's later to let them know you still care. But do not over do it. Some customers don't like too many calls. Learn to read your customer and act accordingly

I totally agree Danielle, I ask simple questions about their family life, Hobby interest, Motivation, Etc. I think one can tell a lot about a persons personality and ability by getting to know who they are. Make time in the interview to see what makes them be who they are. "Never judge a book by...
