Thoughts ...
1) Don't center text on front page and throughout; very difficult to read, and s/b left aligned. 2) Services Page: Reports heading s/b font_5 and a space after Specialized Reports section at bottom so the text doesn't abut the footer.

On the plugin side, you should look into W3 Total Cache. It's also important to optimize your images, because larger images slow down load times. A great plugin to handle that is ShortPixel Image Optimizer. Good Luck!

Basic SEO should be provided in the cost of your initial design, specifically meeting Google's core recommendations. However, as I tell my clients and students, SEO is a moving target that can rope you into "snake oil" arrangements with consultants. There are at least 200 ranking factors in the Google search algorithm, and it's constantly being tweaked for better results. Those who get found are publishing content on a regular basis to their blogs to create natural "back doors" that align with keywords and semantic searches that are naturally present in the copy. The process never stops, and consultants know that, but won't flip the cards for their clients. In fact, techniques like alt tag and keyword stuffing can actually decrease your rank.
Instead of wasting your money on SEO, invest in content development that consistently puts value in front of your audience(s). When paired with a coordinated e-mail marketing strategies, the gains can be significant.
Finally, here's a good primer on SEO vs Inbound (Content) Marketing that layds everything out in plain English. Good Luck!
