How We Got Started

Kristin Urban-Dias has been practicing healing modalities for over 25 years. She is a light worker and a teacher who uses music, healing, sound, herbs, earth medicine, and movement in her practice.

Kristin’s intuitive healing practices include but are not limited to Aromatouch Therapy, Reiki, Crystal Healing, Chakra Alignment, Meridian Work, Ancestral Healing, Womb Healing, Cord Cutting, Energy Clearing, Life Coaching, Sound Therapy, Guided Meditation, and Movement Therapy.

Kristin’s certifications include Yoga 200, Aroma Touch Therapy, Life Coaching, Reiki Master, Teacher, and she is also an Ordained Minister.
