If anyone told me they had a bad experience at New Found Life, I would know they didn't do the work to succeed. I have never, nor will I ever question the integrity and ethics of New Found Life."

It does create some insecurities, but if you have open communication with your team, it makes it safe for them to process how they feel. From a managerial point of view, I had to have my senior employees manage my son because I blurred the line. He would come in the office and I would start bitching at him about something at the house and that sent the wrong message to employees. I decided to be dad and let the appropriate people supervise him. I also want to say he has an awesome attitude and willing to do anything that's asked. He is also ADHD. My bitching tended to tarnish his many positive qualities. He also connects to our clients better than most every other staff member, so he has innate skills a lot of people will never know. I hope all this helps.
