About Us
G & J Fitness for Life is a local fitness gym that is open 24 hrs. a day seven days a week. We have over 300 members with approximately 200 members over the age of 55. Located conveniently at 5515 South State Highway 69 just north of Mineola (8 miles south of Quitman). Membership is just a phone call away at (993) 569-9400.
