Cindy - that is a good question for all practitioners! I get so many word-of-mouth referrals that sometimes I've already started with a good track record, however many people find my practice via on-line searches, so to them I'm still a stranger. Before we meet they may learn more about me via my extensive website www.arielagroup.com and get a feel for my work and who I am by my free chronic health series via live calls and blogtalkradio show www.arielagroup.com/relief . Once we start working together one-on-one I ask for an extensive whole-person history intake so all new clients get a feel for how in-depth I will be in supporting their health, well-being, and success. During our first session there is a bonding opportunity where I believe they can feel my true passion for getting to know their issues and what is causing the physical or emotional distress that has taken them to numerous other health practitioners before me. As our work together goes deeper they realize that I'm working with them as a guide, teacher, health practitioner, and counselor/coach to help them identify the root causes of their dis-ease and then guide them to support the body-mind-spirit to re-balance naturally so it can heal. Many of my clients become dear friends through their process of healing and then refer others to me. I think the trustworthiness shows in my own nature, my successful track record, and then the rapport that develops with my clients.  I hope this helps to answer your question!
