2) "I think realistically it would be hard to curtail all alcohol at the company party, but you could do something that my old employer, a brewery, did at their parties. They instructed the bartenders to use an ink stamp for each drink served and once people had two stamps on their hands, they were cut off from anything with alcohol."
This could be difficult to manage as well, as people may get into squabbles with the servers.
3) Or have a party with no alcohol! I have been to many great parties that served no alcohol!
