Angela Box is an IFS-Trained, Enneagram Certified Insight Coach and Group Facilitator based in California. With a passion for personal growth and transformation, Angela helps individuals reconnect with themselves, God, and others. As a coach, she specializes in guiding clients through self-discovery, strengthening family dynamics, and embracing a balanced, fulfilling vision of healthy living.

With certifications in the Enneagram and Insight Coaching, Angela is also trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), bringing a compassionate, integrative approach to their work. Her coaching journey was inspired by her own transformative experiences with the Enneagram and IFS, which not only deepened her self-awareness but also strengthened her relationships, especially as a parent of four.

In addition to one-on-one coaching, Angela offers workshops and group programs on topics such as parenting, family connection, and redefining wellness. With a background as a math teacher, she knows the power of "aha" moments and is committed to helping clients experience their own breakthroughs.
