Prior to launching this business, I graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and served our Country in the United States Army including tours of duty in South Korea and Iraq. After leaving the service as a Captain, I was recruited by Johnson & Johnson and later by Merle Norman Cosmetics where I was in charge of Operations/Production for their Los Angeles Headquarters.

But like many other people, I had always wanted to own my own business. After talking it over with my wife, we decided to leave the corporate world behind - we were ready for a change!

We looked at various franchises and then a friend told us about Fresh Coat. We used my Army and corporate experience to really check them out. There was no way we were going to join the Fresh Coat team until we were 100% sure they were a reputable, experienced, growing and caring company! After checking and double checking, we joined the Fresh Coat family and are glad we did.

Our professional painters work for me and are put through full background checks before I bring them on the team. They are on my payroll. I provide Workers Compensation for them and Liability Insurance to protect you and your property.
