I would have a meeting Strictly with one person, the CEO of the company and present a positive projection of your views and ideas. This will open options up for you and maybe a work from home situation so that you do t have to endure what your going through.

Look for other opportunities. The environment is too toxic and not good for your health and your career. You are outnumbered and the situation won’t improve. It’s unfortunate but that’s the way things seem to be in some businesses these days. Find a business that would appreciate the added value that you can bring to them. It would not be easy to find those but I am sure that there are still some out there. Good luck. My prayers are with you.
