🌷 MY LITTLE STORY FROM BEING A LITTLE DREAMER TO A BUSINESS LADY 🌷

Growing up in a conservative, business-minded family, all I ever heard around me was chatter about business opportunity in real estate, cash flow and just money in general. As a kid who only wanted to play and hang out with friends, I came to hate the words “real estate” and “business”!

Oddly enough, however, throughout my childhood and into adulthood, I’d always harbor a knack for finding a cozy place to settle into - a place that I can call my own, that washes away the stresses of life, and where your little touches put you in a state of relaxation. Despite being a wife, mother, and a full-time working professional, I was driven by a desire to not just find such a place for myself, but would find great joy in helping my friends and colleagues find similar places.

Over time I grew enamored with this feeling, and with our family’s paltry savings I made my first pre-construction condo purchase in Mumbai, India. Little did I know that I was about to awaken those dormant “real estate” and “business” genes in my DNA that I’d so hated as a kid. This condo provided me with my first taste of passive, rental income - my money just working for me. I was hooked! I sold the condo for a decent profit, and re-invested those funds into yet another, larger condo. I’ve never looked back since.

As I continued to make investments and branch out in Mumbai, Kolkata, Dubai, and over the past decade in beautiful Mississauga - my lovely adopted home - I realized how much I love this feeling... not just of making my money work for me, but that of helping others find that special place that they can call their own. Just like I did, I want to use all that I’ve learned and all of my experience to now help you experience this amazing feeling, this wonderful sense of pride and belonging that you get when you’ve found the perfect little (or big!) cozy place for yourself
