I wonder if it makes sense to let your customers and prospects know that projects completed during “winter” have a special discount. Ie. if certain projects are doable in the winter, it might help move a few projects from busier months into less busy months?

Many years in "Big Corporate" and wanted to do something fun. Making custom T-shirts and Hoodies and Fun stuff for big events and teams and universities and for other companies to sell or promote their brand is all about fun ! Hard work....but all about fun.

My deepest condolences on your loss. I agree with the idea presented above that, following such a significant loss, you need to be sure to take care of yourself for a while . Who knows how long that will be but if you don’t then you may never find the emotional space to really advance...

The need for the non profit will always be there. so taking some time over the next while for yourself, won’t change the need .
It’s a great cause, so don’t forget it just make sure it isn’t a priority for you for a while .
Someone mentioned to try a grief counsellor. I think this is a great idea.

My experience and research would suggest that being an introvert does not make someone incapable of being a salesperson. A longstanding (Myers Briggs) part of the definition of introvert includes the idea that introverts gain energy from being by themselves whereas extroverts...

My experience and research would suggest that being an introvert does not make someone incapable of being a salesperson. A longstanding (Myers Briggs) part of the definition of introvert includes the idea that introverts gain energy from being by themselves whereas extroverts gain energy from being with others. This implies that introverts can be successful in the world of sales but need to understand and plan for time in their day for themselves, to recover and regenerate their energy.
Second item I would put on the table is that the most successful people "play to their strengths". When they do, work seems less like work and takes less energy overall.

It is difficult for shipping company's (like UPS etc) to explain their prices and costs and so we don't really expect to be able to provide much detail beyond 'weight and # of boxes". We find that offering "all in prices" reduces the detailed discussions about the shipping......
