I am a business coach, consultant, and executive trainer. I help business owners and executives increase profitability, boost efficiency, manage employees, and get more done.

After 30 years working for major companies, I decided to use the knowledge and skills I had developed to help other businesses.

Now, I serve clients nationwide and around the world. Using today’s technology, I help clients no matter where they’re located.

I also speak at numerous conferences and hold workshops on business-related topics.

After graduating from the University of Michigan with an engineering degree, I worked at various manufacturing companies in the Midwest. I gained a lot of valuable experience working as an executive and CEO during these years.

I had a very successful career in Corporate America and really enjoyed it. I found my true calling, though, when I entered the realm of business coaching and training.

There's no greater reward for me than to get tangible results for an aspiring business owner or executive.

I will attempt to answer this question in a few words:  Are you creating demand or stealing market share for what you have to offer? If it is a me too products and service, what would you offer to stick your head above others?  if it is new , why should people buy it?  Build the marketing plan around these answers and have a sales process for lead conversion.
