You are selling a service-outsourcing billing/coding. All physicians are bombarded by every vendor known to man for our time and always of course with the latest and best that no one can possibly practice good medicine without. You will have to show in an email or meeting with the office manager that your costs and efficiency are lower than mine. You also will have to be respectful that my billing staff has personal relationships with our patients and that patients in general do not like "unseen faces" not connected to the practice. Echoing those below ,you will have to show value that is higher than the value of what I do in house. No amount of free lunches will overcome if you are not successful at the above.
