We are a Family Run Licensed General Contractor that Specializes In Water& Fire Damage Restoration to Include also All Storm Damage and Home Remodeling. If you ever have a Insurance Claim you call us and we can handle your claim from start to finish. Also with your permission, Robert with his many years of dealing with insurance companies, with your permission he can always negotiate your claim with your insurance company to make sure you have all your needs covered that is owed to you on your claim. He will never agree with
a insurance adjuster just because they say
that is all they will pay. Robert will make sure that does not happen till he is satisfied with the results
How We Got Started
I been in construction what seems forever many years. When we moved to Washington State in 1990 i worked with my wife's family business at SIR Construction. Her brother Scott taught me the Water & Fire Restoration Business. Scott always answered questions and concerns about the business. Scott introduced me to all the right people in this industry. So I got my first license while still workIng at SIR. In 1991. I was working on weekends or when they were slow to a point I just took off. I soon was doing my own jobs and end up quitting our family's company to go on my own. All thanks to my brother in law Scott Ograin. Scott turned me in the right direction and let me loose
Scott introduced me to very important people at State Farm Insurance Company where after doing work for them on claims I was invited to be on their Preferred Contractor List and we covered Snohomish County and Northern King County. With the State Farm Program. Then things just went from there for the better.

But I been in this business for almost 30 years and I learn to make the Software work for me. I neber agree with an adjuster unless all my line items are covered. Because I work for my client and never the insurance companies.
tried another License Contractor on one of last smaller jobs and our small jobs are anywhere from 0 dollars to 25K. Then the jobs goes up from there. But this contractor just started and it just did not work put. Too long to do a small job which was flooring and a complete Kitchen Remodel. I bought all materials for that job. They just supplied Labor.
But I have tried them out and they failed and I had to actually take back
the job due to non experience. I also been advertising to add 2 more contractors to our Contractors Ohana or Family. We have 3 other Lic. General Contractors that work for us all year round being I been in this industry for almost 30 years and I don't believe in having a lot field employees. I know my numbers work being these other contractors work for me all year round. Spring and Summer
Times we are busy Fall amd Winter's we are slammed. And for the past 7 years, our business has increased a lot and I picked up more clients. That is the reason why I need to add 2 more contractors to our list. If you work out on couple of our smaller jobs first and things work out in quality as well as timing, you can get more jobs from us. So let me know, what you Specialize In, and tell me what is your weak skills versus skills you are great at. And please don't tell me you can do everythng great unless you actually can do that. I always take care of my sub contractors and pay the bills. We. Orally want to sub contract the jobs out completely less Electrical, HVAC
, Plumbing. These are Trades that need the license to work on my job separately.
But, if you do those items yourself, I do advise you to get your own Lic Plumber, HVAC, Electrician. And you must supply us their information for our file purposes only and we will also check to be sure they also have current license bond etc.
We will never use your subs because I don't need them. We have our own and they only work for us year round in this industry. But, if you are looking for work and have the experience, please call my office early this week and set up an appointment for me to meet you preferably on one of your job site so I can see first hand your quality if your work amd see how you have your job running. I will also have what we call a Sub Pack. You will need to fill it out completely and send back to my office completed. Be sure to read and sign everything you get and return it to our office.
Once, my assistant Tracy Holden does the back ground check you will be contact as well as I will be contact to release jobs to you then. Anyway, let me know your thoughts and take care.

Aloha Construction & Insurance Repair Inc. Which we had to close back I. 2008 because I had Major Back Surgery and I did not think i was going to return to work after that. But a year later and people who know me knows that I cannot stay idle for a long time let alone retire. So I sat down and talked it iver with my wife Julie and we decided we would go back in business but on a smaller scale then we had with our first company Aloha. Well Julie went to the State Departments and went to re open our company. Not knowing we could of just used our original company name and no one also never told her because it would of been better because we also never had a complaint filed against a us as well. But she decided to make it more simple and being from Hawaii she just named it Hawaiian Construction LLC.
Once Insurance Companies as well as Property Management and HOA's found out we were back in business our business. Became busy again to this day. We started this company back on 2009 and been blessed to be busy all the time. We are thou looking for a couple more people to fill our ranks out be I g we are busy. If they do out type of work please send them our way. But again this Covid Virus has not effected pur business versus other companies I heard had to close over this Virus. On the Water Damage portion of our business, we are completing a job where this house has a Renter that pay to rent the entire Lower Floor of the house. This includes their only Bathroom. We have to get them back in and their bathroom completed being that this bathroom is the Renters Main Source for a Bathroom. We also have another job where Mold was involved and we had to complete that repair so that family has a Kitchen back again. But this Coronavirus has not effected our company as bad as other companies thank God.
We do pray that this virus goes through its path and people are getting better. But we all have to do our part as well and keep areas cleaned as well as ourselves Cleaner than Before. But we all will Prevail. But I thank our Lord that we can still operate. If there is a home which we have scheduled for a Water Loss Bathroom here in Monroe. This is their Master Bathroom. They have other Bathrooms in the home. That job is on hold for a few weeks till this virus Blows Over. As well as a couple of jobs that are on Temporary Hold till this Virus Blows Over. So as for this virus effecting our Business it is so far minimal, but that could also change over night. Good Luck Out There And Stay Safe.

The first thing i thought they were like Home Advisor.com who did nothing but ripped us off and I almost had to sue them to get my money back and to have them stop charging my credit card. Anyway after talking to this gal from Thumbtack.com and explain what happened with Home Advisor she assured me that would not happen with thumbtack.com. you know what she told me the truth
I explained we Specialize in Water & Fire Damage Restoration and Remodeling. After talking her for a while I decided to try. Best thing I ever done. We have recieved 4 years straight in a roll their "Top Contractor Award For Washington State" for Customer Service and Quality Of Our Work with Thumbtack.com leads we have recieved. Their company has brought my company a lot of revenue into my business. The last 5 years being with thumbtack.com my business honestly almost tripled our total revenue being with thumbtack.com and that is the honest truth. But they did not sell our jobs from leads they sent us, I did. But thumbtack.com got me in their doors and they were a great part of it. You also have to have a good profile and speak the truth. You need to explain what you do when you go to a home or business and it is you that sell the job. Not thumbtack.com. You need to explain to your clients that you always have their best interest in your mind at all times and do not over charge them. Give a fair price. You will never be a millionaire from one client. Be fair on your cost. But the biggest thing is not to lie to your future clients. Dont make promises you cant keep. When you complete your job ask for a review. Word of mouth is the best type of advertisement. But for the past 5 years now, my company has done a big turn around and I am so glad I signed up with Thumbtack.com. because I truly feel I would of closed my doors if I never gotten that phone call over 5 years ago and the jobs that we have gotten from Thumbtack.com is awesome. If you look at my profile with thumbtack.com, there you will see reviews from my happy clients. But never lie and say you can do something and then not able to do for the cost you gave.. Be sure your estimates are fully detailed and your cost are clearly stated. My company now for the last 3 years has been doing about 70% thumbtack.com jobs from leads Their cost for leads are very affordable because you can always absorb that cost into your job. But Thumbtack.com is the real deal. Just dont make your profile seem you are God and you are just the best in everything. Because to be honest there is no one that good and no one will hire you.
