Since 1996, Dr. Willard Ashley, Sr., has been blending compassion with expertise in psychoanalysis, family systems, and strength models to guide individuals, couples, and institutions. Specializing in higher education, legal, medical, and Fortune 500 sectors, he offers personalized counseling, coaching using Myers Briggs, and custom-fit consulting, all backed by a history of results and senior-level administration experience.

How We Got Started

Since the 4th grade, I have wanted to be a psychoanalyst. After a career in corporate America, opportunities presented themselves to pursue my dream and serve as a Baptist pastor focusing on social justice and caring for all of humanity. Now that I am retired from full-time academia, I can offer mental health services full-time. I teach at the NYU Silver School of Social Work, DSW Program, and retired as a Dean/Professor at New Brunswick Theological Seminary.
