When you find yourself stretched too thin (work, family, community, etc), how do you decide what's most important?

This is very personal for each of us. But establish goals for yourself if you have not already; include each of those things in relation to your goals- until revisited the things which move you closer to your goals should be your focus, minimal time should go to the others. You get to decide where each of the topics fits and how much time your need to allot. Some people love to work, and for some they would never miss a family event. The bottom line is people have time for what they want to have time for. Which ones you choose or how much is devoted is entirely up to you- is personal- and cannot be judged by others.
